About Alternative FM

Alternative FM is a local associative radio station based in Persan, in the Val d'Oise department of France, broadcasting on 96.7 and 106.5 FM. Its motto is "Ici et ailleurs, pour un monde plus juste et solidaire" (Here and elsewhere, for a more just and united world). The station focuses on social communication, working for equality of human rights and between the sexes, and promoting solidarity between peoples. It also gives significant space to regional news, music, and local artists. Its weekly and monthly programs include "Les Rendez-vous du Val d'Oise," covering major events in Ile-de-France, "Les Voix de l'Egalité," dedicated to all forms of discrimination, and "Au cœur de la ville, Persan," devoted to the town and its inhabitants.
