About CCMA iCat

iCat is the music and culture channel of Catalunya Radio and 3Cat, broadcasting on FM, the web, and mobile apps. Founded in 2006, it supports Catalonia's music scene while also covering international releases, established performers, and emerging voices.

The station combines relaxed presenter-led radio with cultural interviews, reports, playlists, and live performances. Its programs explore cinema, television series, theatre, literature, jazz, folk, fusion, rumba, electronic music, and other contemporary styles, with a substantial share of music in Catalan.
