About Das Inselradio
Das Inselradio Mallorca is a German-language station serving residents and visitors on Mallorca. It began in Palma in August 1996 as La Ola and developed into a full 24-hour service with local news, morning and drive-time programs, music, and competitions.
The station reports on Mallorca, Germany, and international events while acting as a bridge between cultures on the island. It broadcasts on several FM frequencies, including 106.1 in Palma and 96.9 in the north, plus DAB+, mobile apps, smart speakers, and online streams.
