FIP

About FIP

FIP is Radio France's eclectic music station, created in 1971 and shaped by human programming rather than automated recommendation. Its carefully sequenced selections connect established recordings with new discoveries and move fluidly between contrasting periods, cultures, and styles.

The mix spans jazz, blues, rock, pop, hip-hop, world music, classical works, film scores, French songs, and electronic music. Specialist programs such as Club Jazzafip add presenters and guests, while FIP's digital offering includes live radio, replays, podcasts, and themed online music channels.
