Fréquence 7 is a non-profit free radio station serving Ardèche since 1981. It broadcasts on 92.0 in Aubenas-Vals, 95.5 in Les Vans, 91.2 in Beaume-Drobie, and 93.5 around Ruoms and the Ardèche Gorges, with online listening and replays available as well.

The station gives local residents, associations, artists, and initiatives space on air through interviews, reports, public announcements, debate, and a mobile studio at community events. Its eclectic music programs explore jazz, Latin traditions, world sounds, new releases, and other specialist selections.
