About Irulegiko Irratia

Irulegiko Irratia is a Basque-language community station rooted in Lower Navarre in the French Basque Country. Established in the early 1980s, it broadcasts from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and serves surrounding communities on 91.8, 94.2, 97.4, and 100.7 FM.

The station reports on local society, politics, the environment, culture, agriculture, and Basque heritage through interviews, magazines, and field coverage. Music and community voices accompany a substantial podcast archive, while membership in the Euskal Irratiak network connects its work with other Basque-language broadcasters.
