About JærRadioen
JærRadioen is a major local station serving communities across southern Rogaland, including Stavanger, Sandnes, Jæren, Dalane and Ryfylke. It broadcasts 24 hours a day on FM, DAB and online with local, national and international news beginning from 06:00 each morning.
The station combines news, sport, weather, traffic and regional reports with current hits and popular songs from the 1980s onward. Bryneposten, broadcast live on Sundays, follows Bryne FK and other local football teams. JærRadioen is also designated as an emergency radio service within its coverage area.
