About La Tribu Radio

La Tribu Radio is a youth-focused community station based in Saint-Nazaire and operated by the Escalado popular education association. It broadcasts around the clock on 106.9 FM and online, giving teenagers a local medium through which they can speak, learn, and create.

Middle and high school students help produce shows, reports, news bulletins, jingles, interviews, and music programming. Topics include current affairs, cinema, television, sport, concerts, neighbourhood life, and young people's interests, while workshops and school projects introduce participants to editorial work and radio technology.
