About Rádio 94FM

Rádio 94FM was a local music and information station from Leiria, broadcasting on 94.0 FM. The service originated as Rádio Comercial de Leiria in 1985 and adopted the 94FM name in 1997, becoming known for pop, dance, entertainment and local coverage.

The independent 94FM service ended on 12 July 2024 after its operator was acquired by Observador. The Leiria frequency now carries Rádio Observador, so this entry describes a former station rather than the service currently heard on 94.0 FM.
