About Radio Auran Aallot
Radio Auran Aallot is one of Finland's pioneering commercial local stations, first heard in Turku in September 1985. Its network of frequencies serves Turku, Salo, Loimaa, Säkylä and Uusikaupunki across Southwest Finland.
Regional news, traffic, events and everyday conversation are placed beside familiar popular music and presenter-led entertainment. The long-running local identity keeps the service closely tied to the communities along the Aura River and the wider southwest coast.
