About Radio Campus Orléans

Radio Campus Orléans is a free, local, educational and cultural community station broadcasting on 88.3 FM, DAB+ and online. Five students founded it in 1994 to create an alternative space for music, information, culture and participation in Orléans. Today, employees, civic-service volunteers and around one hundred members sustain its year-round output.

The schedule moves between university life, current affairs, sport, cinema, social issues, documentaries and sound creation. Music ranges from indie rock, punk and reggae to hip-hop, soul, electronic experiments and global grooves. Radio Campus Orléans also runs extensive media-literacy workshops for schools, students and community groups, placing programs created by participants on the air and online.
