Radio Caroline has broadcast in Brittany since the beginning of the free-radio era in 1982. Its FM network reaches Rennes, Saint-Malo, Dinard, Fougères, Vitré, Redon, Ploërmel, Vannes, Auray, Pontivy and other communities, while DAB+ extends the service to several Breton cities and Nantes. Regional news bulletins run throughout the day, with additional sport coverage.

The station follows cultural events, the sea, the regional economy, travel and everyday life through reports, short features and podcasts. Its music mixes French and international pop and rock with melodies influenced by Breton and Celtic traditions. Radio Caroline's editorial identity remains closely tied to Brittany, its artists, festivals, coast and local communities.
