Radio Déclic is an independent, secular community station operated by the Association for Communication in Terres de Lorraine, founded in 1984. It broadcasts without advertising on 87.7, 89.6, and 101.3 FM, covering the Toulois, Saintois, and Colombey Sud-Toulois areas.

Its participatory schedule addresses culture, education, the environment, local development, and equality through news, reports, debates, and community magazines. Young people contribute through dedicated radio workshops, while an extensive playlist and specialist music programs provide variety between spoken features.
