About Radio Glox
Radio Glox began as Radio Augusta Perusia in 1984, became Umbria Radio in 2000, and adopted its current independent identity in 2024. Based in Perugia, its many FM frequencies reach communities throughout Umbria and neighboring areas of central Italy.
The editorial idea joins local roots with a global outlook, balancing news and current affairs with interviews, entertainment, events, and music selected for different parts of the day. Original journalistic and entertainment podcasts extend the station's work beyond live broadcasting.
