About Radio HDR

Radio HDR is a community station broadcasting on 99.1 FM from the Hauts de Rouen. Based in the Grand'Mare area, it brings residents together with social, cultural, sporting and solidarity organisations through locally produced radio and creative projects.

Around 40 programmes are prepared and presented by volunteers, addressing neighbourhood concerns, inclusion and life across Rouen's priority districts. The station also highlights local creators and innovators, while its music policy favours engaged songwriters and musicians who receive limited exposure on commercial radio.
