About Radio Hilgen / WK

Radio Hilgen WK is an independent online station serving Burscheid, Wermelskirchen and neighbouring communities. Its motto of two cities and one station reflects a close local focus, with distribution through the web, apps, TuneIn and smart speakers.

The programme combines greatest hits from the 1970s through the 2000s with hourly news, weather and presenter-led specialist shows. Local reports and event listings follow life in Burscheid, Wermelskirchen, Leichlingen and surrounding towns. Evening formats include an after-work show, music memories and a Sunday love programme. Listen online for community information and a familiar cross-decade soundtrack.
