About Radio L

Radio L is a volunteer-based local station serving Lillesand and Birkenes in Agder, Norway. It first went on air on February 25, 1989, and has grown to a team of about 35 contributors. The station broadcasts live from Wednesday to Friday and is available on FM, DAB, and online.

Programming combines local news and features with music from different eras and styles. Regular shows cover country, rock, nostalgia, dance music, and late-night conversation, while the weekly Thursday radio bingo is a longstanding part of the schedule. FM listeners can tune in on 107.4 from Store Tønne and 106.3 from Røynevarden.
