About Radio La Mina

Ràdio La Mina is a non-profit community station broadcasting on 102.5 FM from the La Mina neighbourhood of Sant Adrià de Besòs, near Barcelona. Established in 1984, it is managed by the Associació de Serveis Juvenils La Mina.

The station gives residents and local organisations space to share news, concerns, culture and creative projects. Its output brings together interviews, community information, music and programmes made by contributors from the neighbourhood. Training and participation are central to its work, making the studio both a broadcaster and a local educational resource.
