Ràdio Lenga d'Òc is an Occitan associative station broadcasting on 95.4 FM in Montpellier, Sète and Alès, with DAB+ distribution in several local areas. Based in Saint-Jean-de-Védas, it has produced bilingual Occitan and French programmes since 2000.

The station promotes the language and culture of Occitania through interviews, regional news, discussion and programmes featuring local cultural figures. Traditional Occitan music, contemporary selections and an extensive podcast archive complement its spoken-word output.
