About Radio Øst

Radio Øst is a community-oriented station broadcasting to Østfold on 97.3 FM and DAB. Based in Råde, it offers a varied service throughout the day and relies on both listener support and a mix of staff and volunteer contributors to sustain its local broadcasting.

The schedule combines news with classical and popular music, Christian teaching, worship services, care programs, community features, and multilingual output. Radio Øst also runs radio bingo, publishes selected programs as podcasts, and continues with music overnight after its presenter-led daytime and evening broadcasts.
