About Radio Proglas

Radio Proglas is a Czech family-oriented Christian station combining prayer, spiritual reflection and church coverage with news, interviews, education, culture and programs for children. Its varied music output includes classical and sacred works, folk, brass music, country, bluegrass, swing and less conventional genres. Regular features include Anděl Páně, Barvínek, Myšlenka na den, Radio Vatikán and listener greetings.

The station broadcasts around the clock and is funded in part by listener support. It can be received through FM transmitters, DAB in several Czech regions, DVB-T, satellite in Central Europe and the internet. The Proglas website provides a detailed daily schedule, live listening, audio archives and specialist sections devoted to news, spoken programs, music and younger audiences.
