About Radio Topo

Radio Topo is a free, self-managed station broadcasting from Zaragoza on 101.8 FM. Founded in 1993 in the basements of the Magdalena neighbourhood, it operates through voluntary participation and rejects commercial advertising, sponsorship and institutional funding.

The collective schedule gives space to independent news, labour and social issues, feminism, counterculture, interviews and community campaigns. Music programmes range from reggae and punk to metal and experimental sounds, while archives and podcasts preserve past broadcasts and extend the station's autonomous voice beyond its local FM signal.
