About Radio Tuna

Radio Tuna was an online station devoted to the music and traditions of Spanish and international university tunas. For more than a decade it promoted the serenades, string arrangements and vocal performances associated with these historic student ensembles.

The project paired its music stream with news, videos and features about competitions, individual groups and tuna culture. Its official website announced the end of regular broadcasting in March 2026, but the published archive remains a useful record of the station's specialist focus and the repertoire it worked to preserve.
