About Radio Vigo
Radio Vigo is the historic Cadena SER station serving Vigo and southern Galicia. Local broadcasting began in the city on 24 April 1934, and Radio Vigo joined the SER network in September 1957 before moving to modern digital studios on Calle Arenal in 2006.
The station combines SER's national news and talk output with local reporting, interviews, sport and coverage of issues across Vigo and its region. It forms part of Grupo Radio Vigo alongside LOS40, LOS40 Classic, Cadena Dial, SER Baixo Miño and the local television service Televigo.
