About radioaktiv Campusradio

radioaktiv is the student radio service for universities in Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Rhine-Neckar region. It shares local FM airtime with community station bermuda.funk and also reaches listeners through online broadcasting.

Student volunteers report on campus politics, research, education, concerts, nightlife and cultural events. Interviews and magazines connect the different universities, while independent and emerging music receives space beyond mainstream rotation. Participation gives new contributors practical experience in research, presenting, editing and studio technology.
