About RDP Antena 1 Açores
RTP Antena 1 Açores is the public regional radio service for the nine islands of the Azores. It produces most of its daily output autonomously, with programming and journalism shared between teams on São Miguel, Terceira and Faial.
Island news editions, interviews and debate are joined by culture, environment, music and regional sport. Programmes such as Aqui Perto, As Manhãs and Geoparque Açores reflect the archipelago's everyday life while the stream connects the Azorean diaspora.
