About Villages FM

Villages FM is a local French radio station based in a renovated farmhouse in Déservillers. Created in 1984 and on air since 1986, it broadcasts on 99.8 FM in Grand Besançon, 105.1 in the Loue Valley and 107.4 in Haut-Doubs, plus DAB+ in Besançon.

The station was founded to strengthen connections between people in a rural area and continues to report on the territory, its resources and its communities. Volunteers contribute to decades of locally produced radio, complemented by written and video reporting through Le Mag.
