About Yle Radio Suomi Lahti
Yle Radio Suomi Lahti is the public broadcaster's regional service for Päijät-Häme and was formerly known as Lahden Radio. Its journalists follow Lahti and neighbouring municipalities as part of Yle's national Radio Suomi organisation.
Local news, events, traffic, sport and current discussion give the region regular dedicated airtime. Finnish popular music and shared national programmes surround the local output, combining everyday companionship with public-service reporting.
