Yle Vega Östnyland is the Swedish-language public-radio service for eastern Uusimaa, produced by Svenska Yle from Porvoo. It reflects bilingual coastal communities extending east of Helsinki and gives them dedicated regional journalism.

News, current affairs, cultural events and interviews focus on local municipalities and residents. Shared Vega programmes and music connect the region with Swedish-speaking audiences elsewhere in Finland without losing the station's distinctly eastern Uusimaa perspective.
