About Yle Vega Västnyland
Yle Vega Västnyland is Svenska Yle's regional radio service for the Swedish-speaking population of western Uusimaa. Its local journalism follows coastal towns and bilingual municipalities between the capital region and Southwest Finland.
News, debate, culture and community interviews provide regular coverage of issues close to western Uusimaa residents. Music and entertainment from the wider Vega schedule add companionship while maintaining the region's place within Swedish-language public service.
