About 2WKT - Highland 107.1 FM
Highland FM 107.1 is the community voice of the Southern Highlands, broadcasting from Bowral to neighbouring towns including Mittagong and Moss Vale. Run by volunteers, the station curates an inviting mix of adult contemporary favourites, classic pop and specialist programs that showcase local artists, culture and the region’s creative life. Regular bulletins keep residents informed with community news, weather, traffic and information designed for day‑to‑day life.
Programming features interviews with local musicians, event organisers and community leaders, plus guides to what’s on across the highlands and segments that support charities and service groups. The station provides important updates during severe weather and bushfire seasons and promotes initiatives that strengthen community connection. Whether at home or driving between towns, listeners rely on Highland FM for a friendly soundtrack and a genuinely local presence on the dial.
