About Alcanar Ràdio
Alcanar Ràdio is the municipal station of Alcanar in Tarragona province, broadcasting on 107.5 FM and online. The current station was inaugurated on 9 May 1997 after the frequency was granted to Alcanar Town Council in 1996.
Its public-service role centers on local news, municipal information, interviews, culture, community events, and programs made for residents of Alcanar. The station joined Catalonia's La Xarxa de Comunicació Local in 2019.
