About Campusradio Jena

Campusradio Jena is a student project supported by the student councils of Jena's two universities. Its programme is heard locally on 103.4 FM, on 107.9 cable and online, with live weekday morning broadcasts and later repeats or themed shows.

The editorial team reports on university politics, student life, theatre, sport, cinema, series, concerts and festivals. Its music editors select new and sometimes unreleased tracks, assemble playlists, review albums and interview both emerging and established artists. Students can join the spoken-word, music, technical and social-media teams without previous radio experience.
