N-JOY

About N-JOY

N-JOY is the young public radio service of Norddeutscher Rundfunk for Hamburg, Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. It is available across the north on FM and DAB+ and through NDR's online and app services.

Current pop, dance and urban releases drive the playlist, accompanied by morning entertainment, comedy, artist interviews and audience participation. Regional news and service reports connect the programme with everyday life across the four northern states, while festival coverage, live sessions, podcasts and social video extend it beyond conventional radio. Listen online for an energetic youth format backed by NDR journalism and a strong northern German identity.
