Radio 3 DES is a local community station based in Proviseux-et-Plesnoy, close to the borders of Aisne, Ardennes, and Marne. It has broadcast on 90.9 FM and online since 2010, serving rural communities across this three-department area of Hauts-de-France.

Volunteers create a varied schedule of French songs, music from past decades, jazz, accordion, classical selections, and programs for emerging artists. Informative features, local interviews, public-interest announcements, and messages for associations, municipalities, and event committees support communication and social connection across the coverage area.
