About Radio 5
Radio 5 is a regional commercial broadcaster based in Suwałki and serving northeastern Poland. It began regular broadcasting on 1 March 1991 and later developed separate programmes and editorial teams for Suwałki and Ełk.
The schedule combines popular music with regional news, culture, entertainment, education and community affairs. Competitions, charity projects and locally organized events reinforce the station's connection with Suwałki, Ełk and surrounding towns, while online listening expands its reach.
