Radio Brač is a private Croatian music radio station operating under a local license. It began broadcasting on December 29, 1987, and is recognized as the first independent radio station in the former Yugoslavia, established outside the state-run Yugoslav Radio Television system. The station broadcasts 24 hours a day, using transmitters on FM frequencies 91.8, 102.7, and 106.0 to cover the Dalmatian islands and the coastal area.
