About Radio Emotion
Radio Emotion was created in Nice in 2008 by Pierre Alberti and built its identity around warm, nostalgic radio for the Côte d'Azur. Its FM coverage included Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Monaco, Menton, Valberg, and the Vésubie valley before the service was renamed Melody d'Azur.
The station's music centers on French, international, and Italian favorites, especially classics from the 1960s through the 1980s. Local news, cultural stories, practical information, competitions, and ideas for outings complement the vintage playlist and its strong regional focus.
