Ràdio Illa is Formentera's public radio station, broadcasting on 107.9 FM and managed by the Associació Cultural Audiovisual de Formentera. Founded in 1986, it has developed from a volunteer outlet into a professional public-service newsroom. Local information, interviews and political debate give the island's residents a direct and independent daily service.

The morning magazine De Far a Far combines bulletins with conversations on health, education, technology, culture and other public issues. Sa Transmissió follows SD Formentera football, while specialist programmes explore island traditions, jazz, arts and music from several countries. Podcasts and streaming make the voice of Formentera accessible beyond the island.
