About Radio Libertaire

Radio Libertaire is the radio service of the French Anarchist Federation, broadcasting on 89.4 FM in the Paris region without commercial advertising. Its talk programmes examine politics, labour, social movements, ecology, anti-militarism and culture from libertarian perspectives.

The station opens its microphones to activists, unions, writers and independent voices, while its cultural output covers literature, poetry, theatre and current affairs. Specialist music ranges from classical and folk to hip-hop, experimental electronics, rock and other sounds rarely heard on commercial radio.
