Radio Popular de Bilbao, also known as Herri Irratia, is an independent general-interest station founded in 1960 and owned by the Diocese of Bilbao. It broadcasts across Bizkaia on 100.4, 107.1 and 98.6 FM, as well as 900 AM, with news, interviews and social, cultural and religious programming.

Daily programmes such as EgunOn Bizkaia and Euskadin Gaur follow regional affairs in depth. Sport is equally prominent, including Athletic Club coverage in La Emoción del Bacalao and Bilbao Basket broadcasts in Hirukoa Bizkaian, with content presented in Spanish and Basque.
