About Vilassar Ràdio

Vilassar Radio is the municipal station of Vilassar de Mar, broadcasting in Catalan on 98.1 FM. It began on 23 June 1980 as a volunteer project at the Ateneu Vilassanes and later became part of the local council's communication service.

Daily news programme Cronica follows Vilassar de Mar and the Maresme, while the morning magazine Parlant de Tot combines interviews, culture, health, sport and community discussion. Other programmes explore local history, maritime life and specialist music, with broadcasts also stored on demand.
