It began broadcasting in December 2017 after Delta Radio Network, led by John and Lynn Allen, acquired the frequency from the American Family Association for $150,000, flipping it from a religious format to oldies. Previously known as WDFX, the station now operates on 98.3 FM with 25,000 watts, covering cities like Greenville and Clarksdale from a tower north of Cleveland. It targets adults aged 35 and up, blending nostalgia with local news from the Delta Radio Newsroom. 

The station plays a selection of music from the 1960s and 1970s, featuring classic hits by artists like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and Diana Ross. Its programming includes syndicated shows such as "Murphy, Sam & Jodi" in the mornings and "John Tesh’s Music & Intelligence for Your Life," alongside weekend specials like "Dick Bartley’s Rock & Roll Greatest Hits."
