About Classical KUSC
Classical KUSC (91.5 FM) is a noncommercial classical music station licensed to Los Angeles, California, United States. Operated by the University of Southern California through the USC Radio Group, it serves Greater Los Angeles and much of Southern California via additional full-power signals and translators. The station broadcasts from studios in downtown Los Angeles and traces its origins to 1947.
The service programs symphonies, concertos, chamber works, opera and choral repertoire, with hosted dayparts, arts features, and live or recorded concerts from leading ensembles. Arts coverage and features spotlight the region’s classical scene, and seasonal specials and concert broadcasts attract a large, loyal audience across Southern California.
