About Radio Sud Orientale

Radio Sud Orientale, known as RSO, was founded by radio enthusiasts in Solarino in the province of Syracuse in 1976. It has served its community for more than four decades with a mix of music, information, current affairs, sport and entertainment.

The station broadcasts on 98.2 FM and continues to develop its digital distribution through online streaming, social media, smart speakers, an app and DAB. Interviews and local reporting reinforce RSO's long-standing connection with southeastern Sicily.
