About Ràdio Vilafranca
Ràdio Vilafranca is the municipal station of Vilafranca del Penedès, broadcasting on 90.2 FM as part of RTV Vilafranca. The service has decades of history and works alongside Penedès Televisió to provide local public media for the town and surrounding comarca.
Its Catalan-language programming includes news, interviews, discussion, sport, culture and specialist shows. The station is especially active during the Festa Major and major castells events, when reporters, technicians and commentators deliver extensive live coverage. A large podcast archive keeps programmes and regional stories available after broadcast.
