About Yle Vega Åboland
Yle Vega Åboland is Svenska Yle's regional radio service for Swedish-speaking Turku and the surrounding Åboland archipelago. Its Turku newsroom contributes local journalism to the wider Yle Vega public-service network.
Regional news, interviews and current affairs reflect bilingual city life and the distinctive island communities of Southwest Finland. Music and shared Swedish-language programmes connect Åboland listeners with other parts of Swedish-speaking Finland.
